Refund Policy
Course Enrollments: Withdrawals made before the official batch start date are eligible for an 80% refund of the total course fee. Once classes have commenced, refunds are generally not provided. However, in special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other genuine reasons, a refund may be considered after review and approval by the management team.
Workshops & Short Programs: All fees paid for workshops, bootcamps, and short-term programs are strictly non-refundable once registration is confirmed. This is due to limited seats, resource planning, and pre-allotted materials prepared specifically for registered participants.
Library & Co-Working Memberships: Membership fees for library access and co-working spaces are non-refundable after access credentials have been issued. However, members may request upgrades, plan extensions, or transfers to another eligible user, subject to approval and availability.
Processing Time: In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during registration unless otherwise communicated due to banking limitations.
Dispute Resolution: Any concerns or disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing to the Xavric administrative desk within 7 days of the issue. The management team will review the case and provide a resolution based on policy guidelines and evidence provided.
